Orthodoxy in AmericaA Call for Icons: Help Complete Our New Chapel Drum
It has now been just over a year since we consecrated our beautiful new church on May 10, 2025. As we continue to adorn our temple for the glory of God, we are excited to announce the next phase of this holy work: the iconography of the chapel drum and dome.
Thanks to a generous anonymous donation of $10,000, the first of five drum panel icons has already been funded! Now we invite the whole parish family to help us complete this sacred work.
The Icons
The drum of the chapel will feature five panel icons depicting the great feasts of our Lord:
- The Incarnation
- The Transfiguration
- The Resurrection
- The Ascension
- The Pentecost
Crowning the drum, the dome above will bear the image of Christ Pantocrator, gazing down in blessing over the whole chapel.
